Please help, First day of school beauty-advice! pics?

sorry this is a re post but i only got three answers before.


well i go back to school in september, going into year 8. (don't know what that is in the USA) We have a uniform at school and cant wear make-up and need our hair tied back. I could put a little makeup on though. What should I do with my hair and makeup? What can I do to feel confident? Do you like the first day back? What do you do grooming-wise on the first day? This is a picture of me, my hair is naturally straight (ish)...

I think your very pretty. especially for your age because you will get much prettier as you age. i think you have it pretty much set. do whatever youve been doing i would wear a foundation to school every day with concealer under the eyes and around the nose. also cover any pimples or anything you might want to cover.





wear some natural eyeshadow because it will give color withought anyone really knowing.





wear some mascara it will lengthen your eyelashes and its hard to tell when someone is wearing it but it is very noticable in their appearance.





i would skip the eyeliner, because that will be what gets you caught with wearing makeup





i would wear your hair normally with maybe clipped back bangs in a ';pouf'; or clip the top part of your hair to the side. super cute!

i am going to do this on the first day of school: Makeup: eyeliner, concealer, foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, lip gloss. and straigtening my wavy hair.

Sorry to be harsh but here goes.


The rules state NO makeup. And hair tied back, what part of that does it state. Some makeup hair not tied back. I know its the rule and it is stupid but it`s the rule.


So maybe you should give it a try at least until you can see what you can get away with.
practice putting on makeup so it looks very natural ,a little mascara, a little foundation dont thicken it. wearing your hair tied up isnt so bad make the most of your fringe or whisps that frames your face.
Year 8's don't need make up! You have nice skin, why cover it up? Natural is best. Do you have to wear your hair up? Because it looks cute like that.

Make up - you could try using tinted moisturiser instead of foundation. it makes your skin look flawless but not as fake as if u were gonna use foundation. use mascara on your eyes and if you think you can get away with it then borwn eyeliner as it defines your eyes without making it look as if you got eyeliner on. also you could apply bronzer to the apples of youe cheeks for a healthy glow.





hair - you could get a small section of your hair from the side of your head and then plait it fastening with a boblle the same colour as your hair, then with the west of your hair pull it into a loose ponytail or bun. also 2 low and messy looking plaits looks really nice
I think your very gorgeous. I think some light eyeliner, not black because it's very harsh, and it makes you look very trashy! Try a brown eyeliner. also, use some foundation and coverup to coverup some of the birthmarks/marks on your face. and, try to use this one mascara for your eyes, it lightens your eyes up! Your hair looks fine, but grow out your bangs more. when you put it back in a pony tail you will look to kiddy, but you look good with it down.





Feeling confident is an easy thing. walk through those doors, and just tell yourself that your beautiful and your smart and this year is going to be a good year. Year 8 otherwise known as grade 8 here.. is a great year!

for a complete transformation have your thinned out and layers put in with blonde highlights maybe,


pluck your eyebrows and your upper lips and use shaving cream on legs,


just to avoid bullying.


Give yourself a natural manicure and pedicure, trust me they'll notice this.


Keep your hair poker straight and in a high pony tail, low ones look geeky on most peeps.


For a natural makeup look ,


keep skin spot free by using claire accessories white chocolate face mask and cleanser toner and mositurizer


use a face primer then full cover foundation, a concealer a shade lighter than your foundation and blend,


use a pale pink blusher on the cheek bones and under your eye brows,


make sure when using eyebrow pencils that your eyebrows are two shades lighter than your hair if you have dark hair or two shades darker if you have light hair.


Follow with a clear lip plumping lip gloss to help chapped lips, then a normal mascara.


Make sure you wear black dolly shoes, and a fitted blouse not a baggy one with horrible sleeves.


In summer wear a cute mini skirt and for the colder days a hipster trouser boot cut trousers.


Don't go baggy for sport-lol and wear cute fitted trainers.


i felt very confident on my first day of year eight btw,


if its a new school be nice to everyone and keep your opinion to yourself for now about others!
