Start to follow Italian diet..way of Italians use olive oil, salads and fresh ingredients for every meal..u start to feel better, brighter, beautiful and soon longing to gym..because you feel so great. and best u can eat normal meals! (just use normal sense also with that..u can also find some heavy stuff from Italian menu ..but what the hell that is also allowed once in a while;) just remember the balance.

I disagree with the women that have answered. Skinny does not equal pretty. Be happy with the way you look, and everyone will see it.

believe me i try it and i lost 8 -9 pounds in less than 1 months. I tried atkins and i was always weak and hungry and all the lost came back after i stoped. but with this i am feel full all the time and losing weight. first you start to loss sizes and then you loss on the scale.

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Dont necessarily consider skinny--rather a healthy look!
And a diet isnt always the way to go. I dont poersonally recomend diets rather a new way of eating that you can stick with for life. Research the negatives of Dieting!
