if you youtube 'smokey eyes tutorial' you find loads of ways to do that. use lots of mascara, and pluck the brows.
you have a really nice skin tone, so dont bother with foundation, just a hint of bronzer would do.

Don't wear dark eyeliner, it will make you look older. You can try a nude colour it will make your eyes pop.
Ugh! I would die to do your makeup (im an inspiring makeup artist) I would say wear heavy black eyeliner. Purples would make your eyes pop too, I did this look on one of my friends the other day, you should try it:

yeah. bottled beauty is over rated. you don't need makeup to be beautiful, you'll find people will like the real you more than the painted you. here's an example, I always wanted to look like a celeb so I went to school wearing alot of makeup. people told me i looked like a cracked out version of liza minelli. but a week later I didn't wear makeup, brushed my hair back and no lipstick just a little chapstick and the guy I liked came up to me and said I looked like Angelina Jolie, I was so happy cause she was my beauty idol besides marilyn moroe and liz taylor. I just told you that so you know you can be beautiful without makeup but you don't have to listen to me. I just hope you'll take my advice and good luck.Best beauty advice?

-dont keep make up too long, like you should only keep mascara 3
months, then toss it.
-always do your make up in good lighting, or you may miss spots or make the color uneven.
-make sure your neck and chest match the color of your face, if your clothing go that low.
-use a good primer on your face to make sure foundation, eye liner/shadow doesnt sweat off.
-dont use to much bronzer definitely, thats the most annoying thing, use sparingly**
-use blush on the apples of your cheeks, but dont when sun burnt, dont need anything else making the burn look more red.
-always play with your make up, who knows what wont %26amp; will look good on your face.
-sculpt your cheeks with bronzer if you have undefined cheeks.
-in the morning if you still look drowsy %26amp; tired use a good illuminator on your cheekbones %26amp; a little* under your eyebrows to give the awake look
-dont over pluck your eyebrows too, if you happen to though, you can use good eyebrow pencil to fill in gaps.
-when applying bronzer always stroke out from your face, never in, it makes it look more sun kissed and natural.

Ive found the easiest way to take up non, waterproof makeup (excpt for mascara and sometimes eyeliner) is to rub moisturizer on your face, more than you would normally use because you want excess, then wipe the excess off with toner.
when plucking eyebrows, outline the shape you want in a white eyeliner, and then pluck everything outside those lines...prevents overplucking
if you want to look radient, find some moisterizer or power thats shimmery and use that....instant glow
use a sponge when you apply liquid foundation instead of fingers....stops bacteria transfer
gel or creme blushes blend better and give you a dewey look compared to power blushes which give you a porcelin doll effect
to make your eyes look deeper/bigger, apply a dot of dark brown eyeshadow in your inner crease, touching your eyelids
always concentrate eyeliner on outter corners of lids
invest in one of those makeup sticks that you can use as blush, lipstick, or eyeshadow
I love those things, and I suggest getting one in pink and light brown

make sure you get your eyebrows professionally done... DONT GO TO A NAIL SHOP OR AN ASIAN PERSON TO GET THEM DONE. one lady gave me a straight thin line.. ugh. anywayz good eyebrows allow your eyes to pop out without dramatic makeup. get a good arch that doesnt make you look suprised all the time, but a clean good shape.

I have got some good advice and tips from friends and family like If your lips are chapped or dry, lipstick will go on unevenly and fade away fast and EVERYONE has had this happen to them. So what you would want to do is use a soothing lip treatment or lip balm to moisturize and heal your lips, providing a smooth base for your lip color. Look for calming lip treatment with essential oil of sweet marjoram, lavender, and tarragon, which goes on with a warm tingle and promotes healing. It will help your lips and make them look better then ever. So I think anyway. Everyone has there own opinions about how to do there makeup but thats just something I've always new from having chapped lips when I was younger.
Another one I know is when I met my husband he had BAD acne and so I told him NOT to use a bar of soap on his face and aldo you want to treat the acne and also cover up the redness. We all know there are about a zillion acne treatments on the market, but the one that seems to work really well without causing irritation is tea tree oil. You can buy the pure oil in health food stores, drugstores or online. Some companies are putting it out in little dab-on acne applicators, but you'll pay more for it that way. You can put tea tree oil directly on blemishes, and you can also put a few drops of oil into warm water and use the water to splash your face clean. He did that and he stopped useing bars of soap and now he hasnt had any problems with blemishes for over 2years! I have the same hair as you. And I help it keep under control by using John Frida shampoo and conditioner. I use the kind for curly hair. It works really well and you don't have to go to the salon to buy it. I buy it at the grocery store and it is a very reasonable price. Also, I use jergens's Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer. There are many different tones that you can choose from. I have medium skin, so I use the medium tone. All you do is put it all over you after you get out of the shower. Be sure not to make any streaks or lines, because if you do, some of your body will be tan and some won't. You can go to your local/regular salon and ask them about hair extensions. I hope I helped! If so i reccomend that, when you wash your hair, use a conditioner that you have to leave in for about 10-20 mins. Or a moisturising hair mask, and use twisted sista hair spray to maintain your curl and make it less frizzy. plus you might wanna use a serum or heat protection spray before blowdrying.
The best thing to do really when you have frizzy hair is to use a lot of conditionin products and hair masks and stuff. And try not to wash your hair every day if yo can help it, as this dries it out. try and do it like every two days.
Fake tanning on pale skin is quite risky so i suggest you go to a tanning salon and get it sprayed on or something like that :D

Dont get extentions, dont fake tan... if you are pale your skin will go yellow and make you look sick, or make you look like an orange..

i have pimples and use sudocrem for them. now they're starting to dry up but stay really red coloured. i can cover them up with concealer and foundation but this makes them worse. how can i get the redness to go away without irritating them more??.

Stop wearing makeup all together until it clears. Maybe this sudocrem is giving you an allergic reaction. Try and change to something else. Have you tried proactiv or stridex? Also do you wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed? Also clean your bedsheets often. They collect dirt and oil from your hair and skin which rubs off on your face and clogs your pores. Shampoos and laundry detergents can make you break out too. The face scrub may be scratching your skin and making it red. There's always something out there that can help. As for your lips, they make chapsticks that have Vitamin E and cocoa butter. That kind of stuff. Just keep on aplying it often. Good luck! :)

Lil Brunette advice sounds cool, maybe you should try it. Or just look in the mirror and try diff stuff. Cool, Neutral, or even dark colors and see which one you like best.

Home Manicure - How to give yourself manicure at home?
Here is how to give yourself 'at home manicure'.
1. Remove old nail polish with a single stroke by soaking a cotton wool pad with nail polish remover. Wipe away traces of polish around the cuticles stick dipped in remover.
2. Using an emery board, shape nails lightly, working from both edges towards the center. Avoid moving the board back and forth quickly, which produces heat that dries out the nail and leads to splitting. Try holding the emery board at a single angle under the nail. Don鈥檛 file down the sides- the nail tip needs the sides as support, otherwise it will weaken and nicks form.
3. Apply a cuticle remover around the nail contours. Using the tip of a cuticle stick wrapped in cotton wool, gently push back the skin. Work away dead tissue before carefully passing the stick under cuticles.
4. Wash your hands in warm soapy water, and brush nails with a soft manicure brush so that polish will adhere to them properly. Pat hands dry with a towel.
5. If nails are weak, apply a strengthening or hardening product, paying special attention to the tips. Allow to dry.
6. Apply a protective base coat, covering the entire nail but stopping short of the cuticle.
7. Apply two coats of polish, starting with a single stroke down the center of the nail, then across the cuticle base and down the two sides without touching the cuticle. Allow each coat to dry.
8. Finish with a topcoat for extra gloss and the shield against chipping.
For optimum skin and nail health, check that your diet includes plenty of vitamin A, E and B complex, and the minerals calcium, Zinc, magnesium and iodine. If need be, take nail-fortifying vitamin and minerals supplements.mileage rate

Home Manicure - How to give yourself manicure at home?
Here is how to give yourself 'at home manicure'.
1. Remove old nail polish with a single stroke by soaking a cotton wool pad with nail polish remover. Wipe away traces of polish around the cuticles stick dipped in remover.
2. Using an emery board, shape nails lightly, working from both edges towards the center. Avoid moving the board back and forth quickly, which produces heat that dries out the nail and leads to splitting. Try holding the emery board at a single angle under the nail. Don鈥檛 file down the sides- the nail tip needs the sides as support, otherwise it will weaken and nicks form.
3. Apply a cuticle remover around the nail contours. Using the tip of a cuticle stick wrapped in cotton wool, gently push back the skin. Work away dead tissue before carefully passing the stick under cuticles.
4. Wash your hands in warm soapy water, and brush nails with a soft manicure brush so that polish will adhere to them properly. Pat hands dry with a towel.
5. If nails are weak, apply a strengthening or hardening product, paying special attention to the tips. Allow to dry.
6. Apply a protective base coat, covering the entire nail but stopping short of the cuticle.
7. Apply two coats of polish, starting with a single stroke down the center of the nail, then across the cuticle base and down the two sides without touching the cuticle. Allow each coat to dry.
8. Finish with a topcoat for extra gloss and the shield against chipping.
For optimum skin and nail health, check that your diet includes plenty of vitamin A, E and B complex, and the minerals calcium, Zinc, magnesium and iodine. If need be, take nail-fortifying vitamin and minerals supplements.

I can see your problem, you are at the top of your game, you look good, but for an alternative look check out www.sebastian.com it is the best hair care products today. some of the better salons carry it, problem is if you go into the salon, they want to sell you everything but what you walk in for .....but Sebastian is best, for the hair, I'd say get into Real Estate, if you work on your looks, and you do, your face is a good calling card, Real Estate is a great career, and money maker. So much goes into our looks, exercise, diet, life style.....also high lites in a lighter color would look great on your complexion...good luckHas anyone got any beauty advice?
If you are fat, there is no hope. If you have decent looks, do all the guys a favor and layoff that foundation crap that women put on as a ';base';. That stuff, if not applied correctly can really make a women look worse. Some women just cake it on and it looks like an inch think layer. A thin layer, if any, is needed. Also, layoff the bright hooker lipstick.
As for the hair, spend a couple of bucks and go to quality salon and let them give you feedback and options.

I can see your problem, you are at the top of your game, you look good, but for an alternative look check out www.sebastian.com it is the best hair care products today. some of the better salons carry it, problem is if you go into the salon, they want to sell you everything but what you walk in for .....but Sebastian is best, for the hair, I'd say get into Real Estate, if you work on your looks, and you do, your face is a good calling card, Real Estate is a great career, and money maker. So much goes into our looks, exercise, diet, life style.....also high lites in a lighter color would look great on your complexion...good luckHas anyone got any beauty advice?
If you are fat, there is no hope. If you have decent looks, do all the guys a favor and layoff that foundation crap that women put on as a ';base';. That stuff, if not applied correctly can really make a women look worse. Some women just cake it on and it looks like an inch think layer. A thin layer, if any, is needed. Also, layoff the bright hooker lipstick.
As for the hair, spend a couple of bucks and go to quality salon and let them give you feedback and options.

Well, there really isn't way to fully stop pimples from coming. So you're just going to have to deal with those 2 pimples and be thankfully you don't get a lot of them.
You probably should get brown highlights.
Instead of using spot treatment for pimples that have already formed,
use a cleanser containing salicylic acid to prevent pimples and zits from forming.
Use a moisturizer also containing salicylic acid.

I would say, go and get a new haircut with side bangs, and then straighten it. use some make up ( foundation, eyeliner, ect.) and then go shopping at placed like Hollister, Abercrombie %26amp;%26amp; Fitch. Then when they get there braces off, that will make a big difference. And use some really good, pretty lipgloss.

Curling your eyelashes with an eyelash curler (Shu Uemura is the best) really opens up your eyes.
Wearing heels with a more pointed, refined toe elongates the length of your legs.
A V-neck top/sweater lengthens a short neck.
You really do need beauty sleep - 8 hours is optimal.
Boot-cut jeans in a dark wash and a medium rise balance your body.
Clothes do have an expiration date - if you haven't worn an item in a year's time, either throw it out, consign it, or give it to charity (depending on its condition).
Always wash off your make up before you go to bed.

For those of you with straight hard to curl lashes, try this: Blow your hairdryer over the eyelash curler for a few seconds to heat it up before using. Curl lashes (be careful--don't make it so hot that you burn yourself!) and then set with clear or regular mascara. This makes all the difference and for me, is the ONLY way my lashes stay curled for even a few hours.
With makeup, less really is more. Just a little cover-up around the eyes and nose, and some mascara and you're good to go. You don't look made-up, but you look good.
About makeup ; If your eyeliner is getting a bit dry , put it into the refrigerator for a while and you will find it easily to use. The same thing if you want your nail polish to dry faster.
Style: Try to find big safety pin in some yarn shop or similar, you can use it as a brosch or fix it on a scarf, it will look cool. Still It's all about your style.
Hair: Soaked walnuts are good to eat for hair health and color.

It's granules are very small and non-abrasive, rinses well and it does a great job. You can keep it in a shaker in your bath/shower and sprinkle about a 1/2 tsp into your favourite cleanser, mix and use as you would normally. Your face will feel like velvet and won't be irritated.It's also wonderful for those little white bumps on the arms. AND IT'S CHEAP :)

Your hair is too dark for a single bleaching process. You gotta do a double process bleach blonding for optimal results. What I recommend is you use the revlon colorsilk bleach blonding kit. Bleach and use a toner with the bleach and you will be fine. Go to your local pharmacy to get the blonding kit. It is Salon quality without the Salon! After you have bleached your hair it is time for phase 2. Since you want to have red orangy hair color what I recommend is you coat your hair with the revlon colorsilk strawberry blonde hair color. I know you don't want to use hair color but trust me the strawberry blonde hair color will serve as a coating agent and will give you the reddish hair you want. Bleaching process is easy read the instructions by mixing and developing everything in the bottle. Leave on the bleach until you have reached the maximum desired lightness and then apply the toner wash and rinse and then use the strawberry blonde color use in a leave in conditioner and you are good to go.
Why would you want orange hair? Sun In will not give fast results....just orange ones. so you are on the right track. Good luck with it.

At a beauty supply store, they'll have professional products, not just box color. They'll have the bleach and developer and everything. If you have a friend that can help you do it at home, I'd suggest that, because if you try to use a brush to sort of ';paint'; the bleach in, you're going to need the friend to help you reach spots on the back of your head that you can't reach.
You can always go to sally's supply. The employees there can help you pick out what kind of bleach is less damaging. Since you have naturally black hair and never dyed I don't think it will be an issue for you. The longer you keep it in the brighter it will get...but if you see lil change in color, don't leave it in. Just try again later. Slap on a lil hair bleach on the ends and then roots. Roots tend to change a lot quicker.

If you have a friend that can help you do it at home, I'd suggest that, because if you try to use a brush to sort of ';paint'; the bleach in, you're going to need the friend to help you reach spots on the back of your head that you can't reach.
You can always go to sally's supply. The employees there can help you pick out what kind of bleach is less damaging. Since you have naturally black hair and never dyed I don't think it will be an issue for you. The longer you keep it in the brighter it will get...but if you see lil change in color, don't leave it in. Just try again later. Slap on a lil hair bleach on the ends and then roots. Roots tend to change a lot quicker.

check out different salons near you. try out their services. you can base your prices on the following considerations:
product consumption(hair dyes, wax etc...anything that is consued to perform a treatment)
labor - the basic cost of the service without paying for the product.
make sure that the treatment and the succeeding services will augment the costs of each product used.
compare and contrast what you like and disliked in the salons you visited. take note of how the receptionist keeps the appointments and accomodates walk ins and waiting customers. you might wanna offer some iced tea or coffee to those waiting. another thing to consider is sanitation and hygiene like for first time customers they have a choice of bringing in their own tools (brushes, nail cutters, nippers etc) or just getting a new pack at the salon which can be brought home or left at your salon for their future use. that gives them the idea that your place takes hygiene seriously and that you take care of your customers. it also subliminaly suggests that they come back for another treatment since they already purchased their utensils at your salon. the ambiance should be relaxing. be careful with the colors and furniture you use. even if salons are frequented mostly by women, using pink would make it cheesy so try on more inviting colors that are good for both sexes. you might want to get a basic education in cosmetology so that you will be in the know of basic operations and standards that should go on in a salon. its better to be a hands on owner especially if you are opening a service oriented business. also it is important to hire licensed cosmetologists, manicurist etc...but you should not just trust their resume and impressive background, ask them to do a few treatments before you determine to hire them. decide on your specialty, will it focus more on cut, nails or african american hair care. atleast when you have decided on your specialty you will know what to focus on while brushing up on others. i hope this has helped. i too am planning to open my own salon. its not as easy as it seems so i wish you guys all the luck!Me and my Friend are interested in starting our own beauty salon, any advice?
