I need beauty/body advice on the following:

1. Get rid of my under-the-skin acne [bumpy skin] from face.

2. Thicken my thin, oily hair.

3. Motivations to exercise. I never feel like it.

4. Be able to do the splits. Where do I start?

5. Reduce stress/learn some coping skills. I stress about every little thing; I can't help it.

6. Healthy diet plan for a healthy body but NOT to lose weight. I'm skinny enough; 5'6 and 120 lbs.

7. Get rid of the dark circles on my eyes.

PLEASE take the time to give me suggestions on any/all of these. You can come back to the question later to answer if you wantt. Please and thanks in advance.I need beauty/body advice on the following:
1) well...reguardless of what kind of blemishes u have, its still acne...so acne skin care products will work...if they arent going away u may need to visit a deratologist to get them popped because they are so far beneath...i had one that was near my ear that was too far beneath to be treated by the products before..it wsa there for a good 7 months was how i knew lol....n e ways i went to the docs and they popped it...

2) thickening ur hair...u want volumizing products, for the excessive oils u want to wash the scalp with the shampoo too, not pilling the hair on top as u shampoo...and make sure u vigerously massage that scalp...try shampooing a second time...ul probably see a bit more bubbles and suds because that is a sign ur stripping ur hair of that excessive oil...and of course the obvious there are shampoos designed for oily hair...gromming ur hair too much also causes the oils to travel...so avoid brushing ur hair too much in the day...

3) motivation...well watch documentaries of the largest fattest people on the health channel or discovery or national geographic...that sure motivates me...because well...u think, i could end up big, not that big, but big in mid life if i continue my habbits...lol...thinking of how big i could possibly get motivates me a lot...tell ur mom and dad to motivate u, ur bf to tell u that its work out time., ur best friend to ask if u worked out today..those little things help remind u through the day that u should.

4) well i start with flexability...lol. stretches is how u gain flexability...so stretch every day...which should always be incorperated into a work out...as flexability is also part of fitness and being in shape...at barnes and nobles there are usually books in sale for like 7.99 to 12.99 in the front with the basics if stretching...well usually i see those...or u can check out prevention.com and they give great fitness advice.

5) stress..well working out is a way of managing stress...i usually put all my stress into a work out...because that is when u can imagine ur kicking someones as* by running or boxing or lifting.

6) well a healthy body plan...u want to figure out what ur favorite foods are that u cant live with out...and foods u know are good for u and are filling...basically take a vitamin every day that u do not fulfill a requirement...there are womens vitamins in regular stores and there are ones at GNC...except split that vitamin in half and eat one of hte halves in the beginning of the day and the other at the end...u can only absorb so much in one time, the rest just passes through is why... make sure u eat a lot of veggies that are rich in color, the richer in color saturation the better it is...so tomatoes, spinich, broccoli, ..u know... switch to whole grains, if u can, avoid fructose in the ingredient list...only a few select areas sell fructose free bread...some stores wont because no company in state area makes it...drink milk, calcium storage is essential...the thicker ur bones are and the more storage u have in em, the better off ul be later in life...basically u wont have a hip fracture at age 55...lol...u actually stop absorbing calcium into ur bones an what not when ur in ur 30's...so store it up...and limit surags and fats...u should find out how many calories u need to maintain ur body weight...http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.h鈥?/a>

7) well when u take the vitamins u should be getting enough iron...dark circles can be a way of showing iron deficciency...also getting enough sleep, and making sure u drink enough water...drinking too much cafine drinks and alcohol can damage adrenals...and make sure u take care of ur skin around ur eyes as they are more sensitive...try vitamin E in a cream or green tea bags....if these all fail...then its hereditary and the only way to get rid of them is by coverup.

I need beauty/body advice on the following:
well for you acne %26amp; dark circles you may refer here http://epictureperfect.net/beauty_remedi鈥?/a>
1. Thats called cystic acne and its the hardest to treat because it's UNDER the skin. Most drugstore brands won't work. You'll need to go to a dermatologist and he will give you some topical cream and/or tablets depending on how severe the acne is. I have the same problem too.

2. Get a thickening shampoo and whatever other thickening/volumizing products you can find. DON'T wash your hair too often because all it will do is strip away your hair oil therefore making your hair produce more and more. Are you over washing your hair to begin with? invest in some hair products for oily hair. Wash hair once or twice per week. Make sure you moisturise too.

3. Set realistic goals for yourself - eg. running a couple of times per week, going to the gym a couple of times. You could even start doing yoga.

5. When you start to stress, try to count backwards from 15 in your head. Focus on your breathing (in, out, in, out etc). Look up on google pictures of African babies that are malnourished and have no food or water. Hopefully that will help you realize what you're stressing about really isnt THAT important.

6. Speak to a dietician or doctor and make a plan together.

7. Invest in a good concealer (Lancome are good, so is MAC - but beware that MAC can sometimes cause breakouts).
1. Exfoliate. I use a pumice stone. it is meant for feet, but smothes your face too!

2. Blow dry upside down. It gives you volume.

3. Just do it. right now go exercise. sitting here isn't doing you any good is it?

4. Lay on the floor with one leg strait out, and one strait up for 20 seconds. either have somebody hold it there or pust it against your bed post or something.

5. Yoga.

6. Reduce carbs, and don't snack.

7. Red lipstick before bed. The red and blue counter act, and when you wash it off in the morning, they will be dramatically lesser.

1. Be sure to wash your face twice a day %26amp; moisturize. Also make sure your not allergic to the facial products you use.

2. Get a thickening shampoo. And make sure you wash your hair as much as possible without drying it out. Maybe once a day.

3. I also think of something I can do for myself after I workout. Like tell your self if I run for 15 minutes I can go take a luxurious bubble bath! Stick to it!

4. Stretch your legs every day. Also everyday practice the splits and go down just as far as you can. No more. If you do it EVERY day sooner or later you'll get it down.

5. Think about what your stressing about and try to either look at the funny side of it or what you can do as a quick fix. I always turn on my Ipod and that helps me a ton.

6. Look in Seveenteen magazines or Cosmogirls! They always have great ways and plans on how to maintain your healthy weight.

7. I too also have dark circles under my eyes. They make cremes for it. Also use a little under eye conceler every morning. I have heard also that dabbing some honey under your eyes can help reduce the dark coloring.

Hope this helps!
