I think you look lovely. You hair is a beautiful colour and has been cut nicely, your make-up is natural and simple, not too over the top. I say you should play up those eyes.
They would look good with a gold shadow (for the iris - love baked by urban decay, especially if the gold is only in the eye crease, it looks more natural) or a light Green shadow (pale girls tend to look amazing with it, I would know. I love JPEG by smashbox).
Also, you should put color on your cheeks. Otherwise we look wiped out. I would suggest Rose Glow by Revlon (cream blush, i apply it with those cotton make-up round, that way it isn't too much)
And some chapstick for a natural shine.
