I have dirty blond hair (just past my shoulders) with blonde highlights, hazel eyes, fair skin, dark brown eyebrows, and a huge mouth. Any advice about anything (how to wear hair, makeup, etc.)?

um look at tutorials on how to do makeup on youtube and you can even look up hair styles and how to do them on youtube and really you should include pics on this. but i hope i helped lol :)
I would use pale green eye shadow
and a sheer pink tinted lip gloss
or..... dark mascara (dior show in blackout) %26lt;-- awesome brand
with a salmone colored blush and a clear gloss
really theres so many great ways to play up your face good luck!
