Get a foot scraper. Find the ones shaped like a foot and have one black side and one brown side. Get some petroleum jelly and socks.
Use the black side of the foot scraper to get the rough skin off your feet then use the brown side to smooth them all over.
Put a generous amount of Vaseline/petroleum jelly all over your feet. Put on your socks and go to bed. Whenever you come out of the bath or shower, put a generous amount of lotion or Vaseline on your feet. Always wear shoes or socks, even around the house and drink lots of water.Any beauty advice on how to make my feeties look fabulous?
massage your feet with apple sauce.
Use Kerasol to soften them. Put body butter on them every night and use a pumice stone gently once a week to get rid of calluses. Keep your toenails polished in a pretty color.
for the pedicure- clean and file your toes right after you shower or bathe
Go get a foot pumice. Soak your feet in pineapple juice (you can get a can at the grocery store for cheap), and warm water. That will soften your callouses. File them gently. Next take Bag Balm, vaseline, or even olive oil and slather your feet. Wrap them in plastic wrap or grocery bags, put on some heavy socks, and just let them sit for a while. Half and hour or so outta do it. Trim nails straight across, swipe with polish remover to take off oils. File and shape toe nails and polish. Once a week I take and slather a heavy lotion or olive oil on my feet, put on cotton socks before bed. Your feet feel awesome in the a.m.!
